JOB LOCATION:                 Sentinel / Leer South Mining Complex Philippi, WV

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

Maintain operations and security of warehousing function.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Ensure the highest standards of safety in the workplace and housekeeping practices
• Plan and manage receiving, on-site delivery, storage and protection, issuance, packing and shipping and cycle counts.
• Maintain the integrity of the computerized perpetual inventory system.
• Expedite repair orders, monitor and return goods for credit.
• Ensure adherence to corporate warehousing guidelines and procedures, insurance requirements, patents, MSDS regulations and ATK guidelines.
• Track warranty issues and relay part number/product change information to the user. Keep clients informed of parts delivery and updates as they arise.

PREFERRED/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related degree preferred
• Excellent organizational skills preferred
• 3-5 years of warehousing supervisory experience at mining operation.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficient use of automated materials management software, as well as Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to possess a current ATF and ACI complete background check.
